Udaybhansinhji Regional establishment of Cooperative Management (URICM), Gandhinagar is one of the nineteenth organizations of National Council for Cooperative Training, New Delhi, a self-ruling body advanced by Ministry of Agriculture and Farmers' Welfare, Govt of India, New Delhi. The Minister accountable for Ministry of Agriculture and Farmers Welfare, Government of India is the President of National Council for Cooperative Training (NCCT) and Governing Council of NCCT. The Minister of State for Agriculture, managing the general public and the Secretary, Ministry of Agriculture and Farmers Welfare, Government of India are the two Vice Presidents of NCCT and Governing Council of NCCT. 

Foundation was set up in 1956 and named after Udaybhansinhji, the Prince of Porbandar who was a pioneer of agreeable development. The Annual Training system of foundation is concluded in interview with Program Advisory Committee. Foundation is spread more than 04 section of land in lavish green condition of Gandhinagar and house managerial square, young men inn, woman lodging, staff quarters among different offices.
