Government Polytechnic College(GP), Aurangabad is one of the new Government Polytechnic College established by the Government of Bihar under the Department of Science and Technology. It will start its first academic session 2019 from campus of Government Polytechnic, Chhapra.
Applicants need to follow the mentioned steps in order to apply for admission at Government Polytechnic College, Aurangabad:

To cater to the needs of the students and the staff, Government Polytechnic College, Aurangabad offers a wide variety of facilities. These include:
Gymkhana: It is the regulatory body which governs all sports, cultural and extra- curricular activities at the institute. It provides a platform to students to showcase their talent in sports and cultural events and also provides facilities for games which include volleyball, kabaddi, kho- kho, cricket at the institute playground.
Library: The library provides various services to the students which include reading room, reference service, book bank, weekly book and open door for 3rd year students and much more. More than 44000 books and 25 Periodicals are available at the library. The library there is fully computerized.
Parking: A large space for parking is made available for the students.
Hostels: Separate hostels are made available for girls and boys. There are two hostels for boys with an intake capacity of 200 and two hostels for girls with an intake capacity of 110.
Computer Centre: A large computer centre with PCs and other equipment is provided to the students. Also, Internet facilities are made available for all.
Canteen: A canteen is available at the campus from where students and the staff can get hygienic and quality food.
Auditorium: A well equipped auditorium with a seating capacity of 600 is available at Government Polytechnic College.
