Sibsagar Polytechnic is a Government Engineering diploma Institute is located in the district of Sibsagar, Assam state of India. It is situated 4 KM from DEMOW bus station and 79 KM from Dibrugarh Airport. The exact location of the college is at BORUAHCHANGMAI GAON , DEMOW in between Deori Nodi and Tiloi Nodi. It has one main campus comprising of Administrative Building, Academic Building and Girls' Hostel. The residential campus encompasses Principal's Quarter, Faculty and staff quarters and the Boys' Hostel. NCC road leading to Khoang from NH37 slices the total area into two campuses.. The institute has already got AICTE Approval for three branches of Engineering for Diploma stream.viz;Civil Engineering, Electrical Engineering and Mechanical Engineering.

Presently with one HOD, 19 Faculties ,one Instructors and 24 Gr IV staff, the Classes of all the three Engineering branches of 1st semester for the 1st time has been started from 1-8-17 with an orientation programme.

Hostel

Sibsagar Polytechnic has hostels that are separated into blocks for the boys and girls on the campus. Sibsagar Polytechnic hostel facilities have well-furnished rooms equipped with basic facilities.

Sibsagar Polytechnic facilities include the medical room. The medical room is equipped with all necessary medical equipment. A doctor is available 24 hours and ambulances are also present for any emergencies.
