Mahatma Jyotiba Phule Rohilkhand University (MJPRU) is a state-level university established in 1975. It is recognised by UGC and accredited with a "B" Grade by the NAAC. It is also a member of the AIU. The campus of MJPRU is spread across 206 acres of land. Bareilly Rohilkhand Univeristy got the status of a residential university in 1985. MJPR University Bareilly offers undergraduate and postgraduate courses in various streams such as Engineering, Commerce, Science, Management, and others. The flagship courses offered at MJPRU Bareilly are BTech and MBA. The university offers scholarships to meritorious students.

Mahatma Jyotiba Phule Rohilkhand University (MJPRU) admissions 2024 is open for admission for the top courses. The university offers over 20 courses under various streams, such as Engineering, Management, Law, Designing, etc. The courses offered by MJPRU campus are under six faculties. In addition to this, the MJPRU also offers UG, PG, doctorate and diploma courses across its 563 affiliated colleges.

MJPRU admissions to all the courses are either entrance or merit-based. However, MJPRU entrance exam is conducted for admission to MSc, LLB, B.Ed, B.El.Ed, BPEd, MEd and LLM programmes.Candidates need to meet the respective eligibility criteria to apply for any of the programmes at MJPRU.
