INSTITUTE OF REHABILITATION, a registered society, founded in 1999 is a non-government voluntary organization catering the needs of the intellectually disabled, hearing impaired, autistic, cerebral palsy, multiple disability, learning disabled and other children with communication disorder in the areas of early identification and intervention, prevention, diagnosis, therapy, special education, rehabilitation and vocational training. It also runs a special school for children with special needs where, diagnostic and therapeutic services in addition to special education programme, speech therapy, physiotherapy, occupation therapy, psychotherapy, early intervention program and yoga therapy are provided.
