Hyderabad Institute Of Theology And Apologetics (HITHA) is the first of its kind in India, a theological institute with a difference. HITHA’s approach reflects a paradigm shift to focus on the Christians in the Marketplace. To paraphrase Francis Schaeffer, if we are to impact any nation for Jesus Christ, we would have to affect the Seven Centres of Cultural Influence that are the pillars of any Society — Government, Commerce (Business), Education, Family, Religion, Arts and Entertainment, and Media. Our aim is to train those in the body of Christ’ with a special focus on Professionals working in the Marketplace (their respective workplaces), those interested in knowing the word of God more deeply, growing spiritually, being witnesses in the marketplace, and serving the Church in whatever way possible by using their grace/ service/gifts. Our students begin their journey starting from a foundational biblical-theological framework through which they interact with various philosophical, cultural, political, ethical, Professional, academic, and other challenges they face in the world.

Library : The College library offers a variety of information sources from textbooks and periodicals to international database and access to the Internet. Students can also access information from electronic sources including databases, full text journals, newspapers, abstracts and a host of global resources in the library. College also has institution membership of British Council Library and American Library.

Auditorium : The College seminar hall can accommodate approximately 200 – 250 students. The space is air conditioned and equipped with projector, sound system and internet connection. Hence suitable for conducting any seminars and workshops.

Sports : The college has the sports facilities for all students.

Cafeteria : The College Canteen is the place where students wind up in groups and creative brilliance reflects. Yes canteen is not only for refreshment, it also is used to sit and write assignments, sometime just to talk, take peers opinion about the project that is going on or even the right place for someone starting a project to go for distributing survey forms as that is where maximum heads can be seen at one time.

Admission Process of Hyderabad Institute of Theology and Apologetics

Students have to fill the Hyderabad Institute of Theology and Apologetics application form on the official website of the institute. Candidates have to appear and qualify the entrance examination conducted by the Hyderabad Institute of Theology and Apologetics. Further, the students have to appear for an interview. Selection of the candidates will be done on the basis of the students' performance in the entrance examination and an interview.
