From the 3rd year onwards we could attend placement interviews and many companies used to approach our college but mostly IT companies as I was in civil dept the construction companies were very less or NIL. In our batch, most of the students got placed and many offer letters but the only disadvantage was the offers were not from the core companies.We got placements from 6 semesters onwards. There are more than 15 plus companies' placements offered. Tcs, poornam, Hexaware, even, Southerland, Soti, Infosys and at the end of pass out 90 petecent of students will be placed surely. Placement is my major plan and I got it then after college I will go for it.Students who are in 4th i.e the final year are eligible for campus placements. As I have previously said our college had good campus placements. It was one of the reasons why I chose this college over others. In our time also the college had 88% placement facilities. Various companies like Odessa technologies, Cognizant Technology Solutions, Infosys came during our time. Cognizant was our principal Recruiter. Many students landed up with double jobs. Cse secured the maximum placements. Others got a job in ITC Infotech, Vodafone etc. The highest package offered was 6 lakhs per annum and the minimum package offered was 4 lakhs per annum. The average package offered was around 4.5 lakhs per annum. The highest package was being offered by Cognizant. After college, I wanted to pursue higher studies hopefully MBA.
