The Institution is the only Muslim Minority Engineering Institution in Telangana and Andhra Pradesh with UGC Autonomous Status. With NBA Accreditation (three times), NAAC A Grade (2 times) and UGC 12b, Lords is today considered to be among the Top Muslim Minority Engineering Colleges in the Country.From humble beginnings of about 180 students in 2003, Lords currently has about 3000+ students pursuing various programs that include B.E, M.E, M.Tech and MBA. The student body represents more than 20 states of India and about 15+ Nationalities from across Africa and Asia. In the past 18 years, over 8000 students have graduated from the college and are well settled in their careers. It has the Highest student intake among all Muslim Minority Engineering Institutions in Hyderabad.Our efforts have been acknowledged by the Industry and various Ranking Agencies. The Institution has been ranked 56th in Private Engineering Colleges List in South Zone India by the Week Magazine in their August 2023 edition.

Library

The college has a central library that was established in the year 2003 and subsequently transformed into the Knowledge Resource Center. The facility is ideally and centrally located in the main Academic block of the campus. Even with the Central location of the facility, it has a calm and serene environment, ideal for students and faculty to have a focused approach. The library is computerized with complete automation in all operations.

Sports

The College firmly believes that a healthy mind needs a healthy body. Steps have been taken to ensure that the students are given opportunities to play and relieve their stress. In addition to organizing various Intra college events, Students are encouraged to participate in Inter-College and Inter-University tournaments. The College students are part of the University team for Cricket, Judo, Chess, Football, Bodybuilding, and Table Tennis, among other sports. Self-defense classes are also held for Girl Students on campus. They are trained by an Internationally recognized Coach in Judo. Sports facilities in the Institution are available for: Cricket, Football, Volleyball, Basketball, Table Tennis, ChessCarroms, Judo, and Badminton. The college football team is considered to be one of the best among all the affiliated Institutions of JNTUH.

I.T Infrastructure

The college has an excellent IT Infrastructure facility for the students.

Cafeteria

The campus also houses a Hygienic and Spacious Canteen. The food is certified by a Food Safety Inspector and caters to the needs of our students. A seating capacity of 500 students at a time is available in the Canteen.

Auditorium

The college has an auditorium facility for events and seminars.

Transport Facility

The college has a Bus facility available for students on the campus within the city limits, our students have easy accessibility due to its connectivity with Uber, Ola, and other cab facilities. Also, the TSRTC bus facility is also available. In addition to this, the college also runs its own buses that ply from different corners of the city. The buses ensure that a student who boards near his/her house reaches the campus safely and is dropped back within the stipulated time.

LORDS Admissions 2024: Lord's Institute of Engineering and Technology offers a variety of Undergraduate and Postgraduate courses. The Lords admissions include B.E, M.E, M.Tech and MBA courses. The LORDs Hyderabad admissions encompass both engineering and management fields. Candidates interested in applying must first take a relevant entrance examination such as  EAMCET / TSPGECET / ECET / ICET or equivalent. The LORDs admissions are granted based on the scores obtained in these entrance examinations. Eligible candidates can then apply for their desired course at the Lord’s Institute of Engineering and Technology.
