Dr. Ambedkar Evening College was begun by late Sri. D.BASHKARAN, Ex-Deputy Mayor in the year 1978 for the sake of Dr. Ambedkar, the hero of the discouraged, to grant advanced education especially to the oppressed and more fragile segments of the Society.
