The winter of 1971 saw the fulfillment of a noble dream sodearly cherished by some eminent persons of Behala, Maheshtala and Budge Budge for a protracted time ? within the institution of Maheshtala school on ninth November1971. Its aim was to impart instruction to the scholars of Maheshtala and Budge Budge space, United Nations agency had no alternative alternatives, however, to travel a protracted approach for his or her instruction or to discontinue it midway. the school had an awfully humble begin with hardly any fund, no building of its own and no monetary help from the authorities either for the establishment or for academics.
