Anant National University was established as a private university in 2016 by an Act of Legislature of State of Gujarat. It has International and national faculty for all programmes. For holistic learning university has multi-disciplinary curriculum. It is the first Design University of India located in the sprawling Sanskardham campus in Ahmedabad. By focusing on their mind, body and spirit Anant National University believes in providing holistic development to all its student. To strengthen their head, hands and heart campus provides facilities for students. To test out new ideas 3D printing facilities allow students to experiment with prototypes of their designs.

Anant National University
Anant National University is a private institute located in Ahmedabad, Gujarat that offers various courses of the design and architecture with a unique specialization at the undergraduate and postgraduate levels. This college is known for being the first university for design in the country. It offers the B.Arch and B.Des, programs at the UG level and M.Des. program at PG level. Apart from this, some fellowship programs are also offered to the candidates. Admissions to UG and PG courses are entrance-based, As for the fellowship courses, admissions will be merit-based followed by personal interviews.

Course: B. Arch
Duration: 5 years
Eligibility criteria: 10+2 with the minimum of 50% aggregate marks in the subjects Physics, Chemistry and Maths or 10+3 diploma examination with Mathematics as the compulsory subject + Obtained a valid score in NATA
B.Design
Duration: 4 years
Eligibility Criteria: 10+2 with the minimum of 50% aggregate marks
Specialization: Interaction Design, Product Design, Space Designs, Communications Design, Fashion and Textile Design, and Transdisciplinary Design
M.Design
Duration: 2 years
Eligibility Criteria: 10+2+3/4 or equivalent from the recognized institute/university
Specialization: Integrated Product Design, and Urban Design
Anant Fellowship
Duration: 1 year
Eligibility Criteria: 10+2+3/4 or equivalent with a minimum of 50% aggregate marks from the recognized institute/university
Fellowship for Climate Action
Duration: 1 year
Eligibility Criteria: Graduated from a recognized university.
Ananta Admission-
The admission criteria vary according to the courses as some need an entrance test whereas others are merit-based. However, all the process takes place online.
For B.Arch, students must have attempted the entrance test NATA. 50% of the admissions will take place through the ACPC and the remaining through All India Quota.
For B. Des, the students must have attempted the AnantU Design Entrance Test followed by Sketch Round and Personal Interview or UCEED followed by the Personal Interview
It is to be noted that 50% of the admissions will take place through the ACPC and the other through Ananta.
For M. Des, students need to submit an SOP, Portfolio/Recommendation Letter followed by the Personal Interview.
Admissions to fellowship programs are merit-based, followed by personal interviews.
