Babu Dinesh Singh University has came into existence on 17th Feb, 2023 after notification of the Government of Jharkhand it’s in Jharkhand Gazette Vide No: 94 Ranchi passed by Jharkhand Assembly and assented by Hon’ble Governor of Jharkhand State on 14. 02. 2023 in the name of Babu Dinesh Singh University Act-2022 (Jharkhand Act No.-06, 2023)
BDSU has offered new courses/ programs from the 2024-25 after taken the approval from All India Council for Technical Education (AICTE) such as Bachelor of Technology(B.Tech.) in Civil Engineering,Electrical & Electronics Engineering, Computer Science & Engineering, Artificial Intelligence and Cyber Security, Diploma in Engineering-Civil, Mechanical, Electrical & Electronics, Computer Science & Electrical under the faculty of Engineering & Technology.
Bachelor. of Business Administration (BBA), and Master of Business Administration (MBA) under the faculty of Management Studies & Research. Bachelor of Computer Application (BCA), Master of Computer Application (MCA) under the Faculty of Information Technology and Bachelor of Library and Information Sciences (BLIS) & Master of Library and Information Sciences (MLIS) under the faculty of Applied Science.
