K S Raja Arts And Science College For Women was founded by late. K S Raja M.A, M.A, M.ED, M.L.., in 2005, and it was initiated by Majestic K. Asokan. judge of high court on 04-11.2005. with remarkable vision and mission in the region of gingee at Chellapiratti, Villupuram district. It began functioning from 2006, starting with thin strength and now it is growing like a banyan tree . we hope with our auspicious, inspiration it will grow more . our college was incepted with the ambition to educate to the rural and tribal based and economically backward class girls who were dreaming of good education.Holistic Development of WOMEN THROUGH EDUCATION admist a Challenging and Developing Society.To Educate Women for ALTRUISTIC LEADERSHIP by Integrating Academic Excellence and Human Ethics.

Transport
For the transportation of the day-scholar students and staff, the college is plying buses through in and around Puducherry, Marakanam, Venagapet. The bus routes are decided based on the strength of the students for a particular destination from the college premises.
Computer Lab
A Full fledged and well equipped lab is available in our college to develop the computer knowledge and to master the computer skill. We provide Individual Terminals to each student. The computer lab is connected to MHRD, it will provide a wide range of knowledge. Unlimited internet browsing facility for students at free of cost(Wi-fi Campus). We have Separate Lab for UG and PG degree. Computer lab with 80 computers at students’ disposal, offering practical sessions for students especially those doing BSc Computer Science and BCA.
Library
The college library is well equipped with a large collection of books to cater the needs of the students of all branches, along with regularly updated magazines, dailies, textual and reference books. A book bank patronized by the members of the College Literary Club is also functioning, where in members alone are eligible to use the exclusive collections, which include books for competitive exams, Personal Development, Skills Development, etc.
Canteen
College has spacious canteen facility in the college. A variety of south indian food and snack items are provided to the students and staff of the college with highest quality. Canteen has a big kitchen and kitchen staff take extra care to provide the students and staff with nutritious and hygienic food in the campus canteen. Food items are prepared with RO treated water. It also provides light refreshment like packed snack items, cakes, veg. puff, beverages etc to the students and staff of the college. All stationary items are made available in the stores at reasonable rates, fixed by the college management.
Sports & NSS
NSS functioning to motivate the students to shine in social service. MS.A.BRINDAVATHI, NSS Co-ordinator, conduct various NSS programme like,Campus Cleaning on 10th August,2018 NSS Volunteers are participated in this programme.New Registration for Voter ID from the Election Department Officers on 16th October,2018 more than 83 students were registered.The awareness programme on “UZHAVAR APP” on 26th October,2018 at Rajeswari College. Officers from Agricultural Department Mr.Saravanan, Mr.Kumar and Ms.Revathy initiated the programme.More than 80 students from agricultural background participated with their Android mobile in order to understand the modern trends and developments in agriculture using this Uzhavar App. Seven Days NSS Camp aimed at developing the students personality through community service, NSS is a voluntary association of the students.
