VNSS college of Nursing is under Sree Narayana Trusts Medical Mission, Kollam. The college was started in 2004. The college is approved by Indian Nursing Council (INC), Kerala Nurses and Midwives Council (KNMC) and is affiliated to Kerala University of Health Sciences (KUHS), Thrissur. The college has an annual intake of 60 students for 4 years (8 semesters) B.Sc Nursing programme.

Admission Process for VNSS College of Nursing

Candidates for admission to the course of Bachelor of Science in Nursing shall be required to have passed the Higher Secondary Course / Pre-Degree Course or any other course with 10+2 years recognised as equivalent there to by University of Calicut with Physics, Chemistry and Biology as optionals with minimum 45% aggregate marks. Selection is made based on merit and as per regulations prescribed by Government/University. Both Government Quota and Management Quota selection is based on merit.

Candidates shall download the application form from the official website of the college and submit it in offline mode either through the post or in person. Candidate can also obtain the form from the office. The payment of the application fee shall be made through DD or in cash.
