Admissions Open in Jai Geetanjali College of Education

Jai Geetanjali College of Education is imparting education to the B.Ed. candidates. It is associated to Kurukshetra University, Kurukshetra and duly approved by ‘National Council of Teacher Education’ (NCTE) New Delhi.

Our Moto:

The motto of the college is NAASTI VIDYA SAMAM CHAKSHU which verbatim means that there are no eyes (to take insight into the aims of life) equal to Education. In Indian traditions ignorance is considered to be a curse which degrades the separate to the sub- human level. A man without knowledge wanders aimlessly. He cannot understand the aim of his existence on this planet nor can he ever know what he really is. The motto has been extremely aptly adopted to substantiate that for the opening of eternal eyes it is necessary to incorporate the light of the knowledge by education. Education provides an insight to lofty human values and creates a sense of discrimination between right & wrong, true & false, and good & evil. 

Library:

Jai Geetanjali College of Education has a well accepted library which caters to the need of the candidate, research scholars and the faculty. The library functions on an open access method for the faculty members and the research scholars. It has a collection of resource material in the form of training movies, CDs, audio visual aids, and e-books etc. This collection is expanded and updated every year. A combination of online and offline information resources are offered and designed to offers a holistic and comprehensive service. The library provides photocopying facilities too. There is a computer based catalogue system that offers information on the availability of books, journals and other material. The library purpose to stock all the books and periodicals which the candidates are required to read while studying at the college.
