We are a self-sufficient organization built up by the Government of Kerala in the year 1992 according to G.O (MS)73/92/H.Edn dt 28.04.1992. The principle goals of the middle is to give preparing in the field of Computer, Office Automation, Printing and Reprography to the informed un-utilized youth and to attempt Printing and Reprographic works for the Government Departments/Autonomous Bodies/Public area. The middle has a Governing body comprising of fifteen individuals, Minister for Education, Kerala state, being its administrator and Principal Secretary Higher Education Department as its bad habit seat man. The organization of the middle is vested with the Executive Committee comprising of five individuals, the Principal Secreatory, Higher Education Department, Kerala State as its Chairman and Managing Director as its Member Secretary.
Organization of the Center is vested with the Governing Body with Hon'ble Minister for Education as Chairman. The everyday issues of the Center is constrained by an Executive Committee with Principal Secretary, Higher Education as Chairman.
