The Rashtreeya sikshana samithi Trust (RSST) was established by Sri. M.C. Shivananda Sharma, when instruction was a benefit in the pre-autonomous India. The mission of the author was to 'Grant Quality Education to all segments of the general public'. Sri M.C.Shivananda Sharma, an Educationalist in the year 1940 and Sri Meda Kasturi Ranga Setty, a specialist and donor held hands together to pull this progress ahead. Sri.M.K.Panduranga Setty, one of the main industrialists of Bangalore, is the President of the Trust and Sri.A.V.S.Murthy is its Honorary Secretary, and Sri.D.P.Nagaraj is the Joint Secretary.
