Established in 1996 underneath a registered trust from the funds that were raised to honor Late mister. R. S. Beri , a famed designer of Kolhapur on his seventy-fifth birthday, has completed fifteen superb years within the field of education. The founder trustees ar Ar. Pramod Beri (Founder President), Er. Subhash Kulkarni (President), Late Ar.C.S. Waichal (Ex. President), Er. G K. Deuskar (Secretary), & Mr. R. R.Doshi ( Tresurer) a Tax advisor. once the recent death of Ar. C. S. Waichal his equally worthy son mister. N. C. Waichal has stepped in his shoes. Er. Ramesh Powar, Er. Prakash Devalapurkar & Mrs. Varshadevi Nadgonde ar extra Trustees.

Initially, the institute geared toward coaching the significantly required semi-technical staff like plumbers, supervisors etc.some of these courses ar still continuing, but more social required courses in landscape, judge etc were value-added underneath the aegis of Shivaji University, Kolhapur, geographic region State Board of Technical Education, geographic region State Board occupation of Education.
