Why Uma Charan Pattnaik Engineering School?

UMA CHARAN PATNAIK ENGINEERING SCHOOL, BERHAMPUR recently known as Berhampur Engineering School named after the Great Freedom Fighter and Eminent Parliamentarian Late Uma Charan Pattnaik was built up in the year 1956. It is situated in the Silk City a ways off of 5 Kms structure Railway Station and 5 Kms from the Bus stand. It is found 180KM south of state capital Bhubaneswar and 10 Km from Gopalpur on Sea. 

The Industries Department, Government of Odisha assumed control over this organization for better administration from the private board of trustees on twelfth November 1958. The organization is partnered to the State Council for Technical Education and Vocational Training (SCTE&VT) Odisha, Bhubaneswar and is under the Administrative Control of Director of Technical Education and Training, Odisha, Cuttack which goes under the Employment and Technical Education and Training, Department, Government of Odisha. 

By and by the Institution is running with eight recognition courses of 3 years term with an understudy admission of 441 for every annum and around 1400 understudies altogether. Uma Charan Patnaik Engineering School, at Berhampur (Ganjam) has praised its superb 58th year of its reality.
