Ranjit Singh Memorial Graduate College, popularly known as RSM College, is a co-educational college located in Dhanpur town of Bijnor district. It is the only agricultural College affiliated with MJP Rohilkhand College in Bareilly and is located in the agriculturally rich subterrestrial region (Tarai) of Uttar Pradesh, India's most populous state. RSM College was established at the school level in 1949 by Kunwari Sahiba of Ranipur in Shahkot state in memory of her beloved husband Raja Ranjeet Singh. Later, in 1958, her RSM Degree College was established to provide undergraduate level education. Originally this College offered training in the Faculty of Arts. In 1960, agricultural courses were introduced at UG level. The curriculum guidelines for "Science" were established in 1971. The College offers undergraduate and postgraduate level education in 24 departments under her five faculties: Languages, Arts, Agriculture, Commerce, Education and Science. The school has approximately 3,750 students, of which over 1,800 are girls. The college has over 70 qualified faculty members, supported by non-teaching staff, and guided by the dynamic Principal Professor Rakesh Kumar. Rani Sahiba was a dynamic personality even back then. Between 1936 and her 1948, she served as the district committee and president of the Bijnor Rural Development Association. During this time, she built a bridge across the Kho River connecting Dhanpur and Sherkot. In 1940 she became a member of the United State Council of Uttar, then called Pradesh.

library : The College has a library, which is located in a large block on the left as you enter the College from the main gate. The library has a bookstore, a reading room for students and teachers, a magazine room, a room for researchers, etc., and approximately 100 students and teachers can use the library premises at the same time. By presenting their library card and ID card, students can receive books from the library for a set period of time. The library has an open stack system for research students. sports The College has a well-maintained playground behind the main building.
Sports : Events are held from time to time under the supervision of sports experts. College sports teams participate in various sporting events at the College and state level.
IT infrastructure : The College has excellent IT infrastructure for its students.
Cafeteria : The College has a cafeteria for employees and students.
Alumni Association : The College has good connections with its alumni association.
laboratory : The College has all departments in the Faculty of Science except the Faculty of Mathematics, which does not require a laboratory. As practical exercises in scientific subjects are an integral part of students' learning, special emphasis was placed on equipping laboratories with the latest equipment and materials. Labs are designed with students' strengths in specific courses in mind. The Institute of Geography's laboratory is located in the Faculty of Humanities.

Ranjit Singh Memorial Post Graduate College offers admission to courses based on the marks obtained in the entrance exam. Candidates must meet the eligibility criteria and pass the necessary selection process for admission to the course. To get admission in Ranjit Singh Memorial Post Graduate College, a candidate has to appear for his JEE Mains entrance exam for B.Sc and M.Sc Courses . Candidates who meet the admission requirements and are eligible to take the entrance exam will be required to undergo counseling. Applicants will be selected based on their entrance exam scores.
