The K.L.E. Society’s S.A. Manvi Law College at Gadag is one of the oldest law colleges established by K.L.E. Society, Belagavi. This college was established in the year 1974. It caters to the needs of young students desirous of pursuing legal education in the district of Gadag and surrounding areas. Many alumni of the college have occupied top positions in the fields of Judiciary, Advocacy, Corporate practice, Government services etc. The College is located in a serene atmosphere that enables student’s growth to the maximum extent. It is recognized by the Bar Council of India and Government of Karnataka. It is affiliated to the Karnataka State Law University, Hubballi. The college offers 3 years undergraduate program in Law. It operates in a modern campus located in the heart of the city of Gadag.The college has earned a good reputation for the quality of its academic program, a fact reflected in it being ranked as one of the best law colleges in south India by the leading media house ‘India Today’ since 2018.The College has qualified faculty members who are dedicated to inculcate among students essential professional skills; values and insight thereby transform them into great human beings. The College regularly organizes Guest lectures from experts in the fields of law. The college has spacious classrooms equipped with comfort seating and LCD facilities for interactive teaching. The whole campus is Wi-Fi enabled with high speed internet connection. It also has a very well stacked library, e-library with access to various online resources for legal research.The vision of the institution is “Transforming the youth into responsible citizens to instill the sense of peace, order and Social justice”.The mission is “Shaping the students into efficient professional through legal education”.

Computer Laboratory
Considering today's need for computerization, our College is proud to have all the infrastructure facilities in certain faculties such as Commerce, Geography and Mathematics. These departments have their own computer laboratories with modern equipment and necessary software (Microsoft Office, Mathematica, Matlab, Latex, C++ software, etc.) to meet the needs of students. In addition, the library also has an e-resource center, which provides access to e-resources among other things.
Library
Shahid Bhagat Singh College has a fully computerized barcode library. The library has a computer lending system with barcodes. We have two computers dedicated to OPAC (Online Public Access Catalog) book searches. This collection is enriched by his over 86,796 books on various research fields. The library also subscribes to over 100 of his periodicals in various fields (national and international, specifically Harvard Business Review, The Economist, etc.). The library also has a small computer lab for accessing electronic resources subscribed to by the College of Delhi through the College's intranet and the Internet. The Library also holds orientation programs from time to time and provides orientation in electronic resources for accessing bibliographic databases and full-text databases available through the College's intranet and the INFLIBNET Consortium and Information Literacy Program. Students are encouraged to inquire about various library services with Dr. Puja Anand Gulati, Librarian.
Canteen
The College campus has a spacious and well-ventilated canteen building with ample seating, separate from the academic blocks. We provide students and faculty with a variety of snacks, food, tea, coffee, and other beverages at low prices. The canteen committee monitors food quality, care and hygiene. A proposal to renovate the cafeteria was recently approved by the Building Committee and Board of Directors.
Seminar Rooms
The College has two seminar rooms equipped with state-of-the-art equipment. The College organizes seminars, workshops and lectures with the active participation of students and teachers. Prominent scientists and experts from academic and business organizations are invited to interact with students and give lectures.
