Shaheed Baba Deep Singh Medical Sciences & Welfare Society, Ratia (Estd.2005) is a philanthropic organisation committed to the cause of offering and promoting higher study in multifarious disciplines of Humanities, Science and Education to the populace of Fatehabad district and surrounding fields. Promptby the noble desire of equipping the educated teens of the region professionally and activated by the societal needs of the future.

The college boasts of an elegant infrastructural edifice with a harmonious academic ambience for the candidates. The Society runs 4 other courses beside S.B.D.S. College of Education viz. Shaheed Baba Deep Singh School of Nursing (G.N.M.) & M.P.H.W. (Female), Shaheed Baba Deep Singh College of Nursing (B.Sc. and Post Basic B.Sc. Nursing) all situated at Village Aherwan.

Library forms an integral part of any institution as it helps candidates with its vast collection of books, magazines and newspapers. Any candidate joining an educational institution should make it a habit to visit library daily. It motivates the habit of self learning among candidates. Library is the store house of knowledge of many fields. Our institution has offered wide range of facilities in ‘Sh. Radha Krishan Library’ having 8552 best books along with 17 (Monthly & Annual) Journals, periodicals and newspapers, 8 online journal, 943 Reference books & 15 encyclopedias. 

Psychology Recourse Center:

A balance among the creative & applied skill is must for development of complete personality. Our institute has offered the facility of Psychology resource centre that is equipped with multiple pods of psychophysical pieces of equipment. It institute the pupil teachers’ to psychological experimentation that helps to explain psychological science with demonstrating its application to real life phenomenon. Our Psychology resource centre meet such type of requirement of pupil teachers with different type of interest tests, case study tests, intelligence tests, personality tests, aptitude tests Et creativity tests etc.
