Admissions Open in P.B. Siddhartha College of Arts and Science

Andhra Loyola College is overseen and managed by the individuals from the Society of Jesus (Jesuits), a Catholic religious request, which has rendered sign administration in the fields of instruction and administration to mankind for more than 450 years. The school was established in December 1953 in line with the Catholic diocesans of Andhra Pradesh and started its scholarly sessions in July 1954. The school offers Intermediate (+2), Degree, and Postgraduate courses just as behaviors research programs as a team with a few respectable colleges. In 1988, the school was concurred the status of Autonomy for the Degree-level projects by the University Grants Commission (UGC) in acknowledgment of its incredible commitment to the reason for advanced education. The degrees for both UG and PG projects are granted by Krishna University to which the school is partnered. In 2004, the school won the esteemed 'School with Potential for Excellence' (CPE) status from the UGC. In September 2008, the school was re-certify by the National Assessment and Accreditation Council (NAAC), Bangalore, with Grade A (CGPA 3.65 out of 4.00). During 2016, the Department of Biotechnology, Government of India, New Delhi, has chosen our College under Star College Scheme to stretch out money related help to six of our Science Departments viz. Plant science, Biotechnology, Microbiology, Zoology, Chemistry and Physics. Our own is the sole College in both the Telugu states so far to have been chosen under this Scheme
