Rameshwaram Educational Society came into being in the year 2002. It is crossing a mile stone year after year to achieve its goal. Over the years, it has earned a good name and reputation in the field of education. The Society further wishes to establish premier institutions of Information Technology, Electronics, Biotechnology, Medical Sciences, Media Communication and Fashion Designing Technology along with its already existing and functional Educational branches of B.ED., PHARMACY, MANAGEMENT, B.Tech and an International CBSE affiliated school upto Post Graduation and + 2 level respectively.The Society has been recognized under the Society act 1960, Govt. of U.P. The vision and enterprise of the President and Vice President of the Society has ensured with full commitments and dedication to the cause of education in particular and that of people in general for human excellence.The mission of the society is to promote excellence in the field of education through Information Technology, Pharmacy, Computer Science and Business Management. The primary aim and objective of the society is to promote educational activities to produce highly skilled technocrats, medicos, Beaurocrats and management experts to participate and share the growing responsibility, of our country by creating a ‘global village’ in its campus.

The College library is an important asset for any center of higher learning which provides services and facilities to meet the requirements of learning, teaching, research & development, and consultancy programs. Hence, efforts are always directed towards creating a very rich library having all important National and International journals/ newspapers, encyclopedias, and magazines. The library aims to fulfill the crucial role of supporting learning and teaching activities to all members of the College. With a collection of close to 90,000 books in addition to thousands of journals and theses, our library is reckoned as one of the best in Lucknow. We have endeavored to provide both students and corporates with the best possible research material including the latest writings of management gurus, popular management texts, classical books on management, and much more. Recently the college has made 83000 Books and 6000 Journals available to the teachers and students of the college. Any student or teacher can access these e-books by sending his or her email address to the librarian. Visitors to the library are benefitted from OPAC and INFLIBNET facilities.

The college has a relaxed, friendly atmosphere, but with a constant buzz of excitement due to many well-known visitors including giants from industry, well-known scientists, technocrat and leaders of government. We have already developed state-of-the-art infrastructure including classrooms and laboratories in imparting world class education. We believe in developing programmes, which provide solutions to real world problems with a strong desire of forging innovative alliance with industry to achieve synergy.In the span of a few years, Rameshwaram Institute of Education and Training has shaped several University toppers and meritorious students. In partnership with the Department of State, USA, Rameshwaram Institute of Education and Training hosts the English Access Microscholarship program on its campus for study-abroad aspirants. So far four students have received a fully funded community college scholarship for a year-long diploma in the USA. Our alumni are placed at the top of their fields. We have partnerships with leading media houses, banks and IT companies like Hindustan Times, TCS, HCL, Wipro, Kotak, HDFC and ICICI for placements and internships.
