The establishment of the college has been looked after by the well known pharmacist administrator and highly distinguished educationist in the field of pharmaceutical education and research, Prof. J. S Qadry, who was specially requested by the founder of the college , Sh. Shish Ram Ranwa, to return from Dubai for the all-round development of the college. The college offers well designed modern program which falls in line with the contemporary needs of the pharmacy profession. Gone are the days, when pharmacists were just considers as dispensers. Today the role of pharmacists is in no way less important than any of the other members of the Health Care Team. Pharmacist play a very important advisory role for the doctors, who are busy with diagnosis and have no time to keep pace with the fast development of newer potent drugs, the incidence of drugs, interaction adverse drug, reactions, dermatogens city etc. The course offered by the SCP prepares pharmacists for retail drug sector, clinical departments of hospitals and nursing homes, medical retailers, pharmaceuticals industries, research & development (R&D) centers, government agencies dealing with administration and control of pharmaceutical services and pharmaceutical education at universities and educational institutions. The vast education background and experience of the Management provides all the facilities to the college, including the laboratories for all disciplines, pharmaceutical machine section to provide training for pilot plant manufacture if all kinds of formulations, well equipped computer centre, up-to-date library and host of other facilities.

Class Rooms and Tutorial Rooms
The Shekhawati College of Pharmacy has spacious acoustically designed classroom and tutorial rooms with latest electronic audio-visual aids.
Library
The separate library for degree and master degree established which contains around 5000 books relating to pharmaceutical sciences and related areas and 42 national and international journals, compact disc version and scientific video tapes are available in the library. The library is also provided with reprographic services and high speed internet connection with numerous terminals there by assisting the faculty and students to acquire knowledge through sophisticated means.
Canteen and Grocery
Canteen and grocery store/shopping complex. A well equipped canteen operates round the clock. A grocery store is also available to meet the day to day requirement of the students and staff. A well appointed shopping complex is being added to existing facilities.
Medical Care
Prompt and adequate medical facilities are made available for the students round the clock, including specialist son call. An MOU with Jangid Hospital, Nawalgarh, has been arrived at for prompt medical services and emergency needs.
Games & Sports
Sport man spirit is an essential requirement for the professional success in every sphere of life. Outdoor games like football, volleyball, basketball, cricket, badminton, horse riding and other are being provided to the students to incubate the value of cooperation and health completion in the students. Indoor games like Table Tennis, Carom & Chess are also made available to the students for leisure time activities and entertainment. Well designed swimming pool with filtration plant is available to the students to make them fit and cool down after a day’s hard work. There is a separate arrangement for yoga classes to the students remaining physically as well as mentally fit.
Hostel
The college provides comfortable and pleasant stay for its students (separate hostel for boys and girls) and staff in the campus. The mess in the hostel provides hygienic and delicious meals to the students. The quality of the food is ensured by qualified and experienced catering personnel.
Candidates would be required to fulfil all the conditions as spelt out in the information Brochure.
Minimum pass marks in the qualifying examination shall be the eligibility criteria to apply for the course. It doesn't mean confirmed admission in the said course.
Admission shall be made on the basis of criteria given in the information Brochure.
All the eligible candidates shall be required to appear personally before the Counseling Committee/Student Cell for verification of documents and checking of eligibility.
The candidates shall present all the required certificates/documents/testimonials in original along with attested photocopies to the Admission Committee/Student Cell for verification and record. The admission will be confirmed after approval from Admission Committee.
Admission to the applied course and class would be confirmed subject to submission of required documents and applicable fees.
The eligibility of the candidates shall be ascertained at the time of admission.
The candidates, who do not get admission in one round of counseling, shall be eligible for admission in subsequent round, if vacant seats are available.
The decision of the Admission Committee/College Management in all matters relating to the admissions shall be final.
Student can deposit the fees by Cash/Cheque/Draft or by Debit or Credit Card to Account Section of the College.
