Why Government Arts and Science College, Kannada?

Government Arts and Science College, Karwar is one of the chief and most established Higher instructive Institutions of Uttara Kannada locale, Karnataka. After a modest start in 1961 as Keshava Gajanana Sabnis College under private administration of Academy of General Education, it was taken over by the Department of Collegiate Education of Government of Karnataka in 1977.
