Amar Jyoti Research and Rehabilitation Center was built up in 1981 at Delhi, under the aegis of Amar Jyoti Charitable Trust. Amar Jyoti is a deliberate association rendering rehabilitative administrations to people with inabilities through an all encompassing methodology of comprehensive instruction, restorative consideration, professional preparing, youngster direction and independent work. An educationist, recovery expert and social laborer, Dr. Tuli more than 30 years of expert experience of educating, organization and in the field of incapacity. She was the first non-official to be named as Chief Commissioner for Persons with Disabilities. She started a few imaginative plans during her term of four years. She is the beneficiary of a few national and global honors including the Padma Shri, Lakshmipat Singhania - IIM Lucknow National Leadership Award, Manav Seva Award, Presidential Plaque for Exemplary Service by Rehabilitation International and some more. Dr. Tuli was likewise granted the Doctor of Laws, Honoris Causa, from Roehampton University, London in acknowledgment of her excellent commitment to inclusivity.
