The Rohini Kanta Barua Law College was established within the year 1976 as Associate in Nursing outcome of a public meeting of the voters of Dibrugarh stayed 20/06/1976 with Shri Pramode Kumar Das, B.L. within the chair as 'Dibrugarh Law College' with the target 'to produce a replacement avenue at Dibrugarh for conveyance legal education'. The College is settled at the center of the Dibrugarh city and offers three-year LL.B Degree underneath the Dibrugarh University. the College has the permanent affiliation of the Dibrugarh University and approval from the Bar Council of Asian nation, New Delhi.
