IGNOU STUDY CENTRE JAIIL HISSAR - ISCJH is an Educational institute in Hisar, Haryana. Prior to the British Raj, indigenous schools gave basic instruction. Till 1892, the city had just one center school. The primary tuition-based school, CAV High School, was set up by Arya Samaj in 1918. Chaudhary Charan Singh Haryana Agricultural University, one of Asia's greatest rural colleges was the principal college set up in Hisar, in 1971.
