FOOD PRODUCTION
This department grooms students in culinary arts to master their skill in Food Production operations. Students learn the preliminary cooking techniques in the Basic Training Kitchen and then they are trained in bulk cookery in the Quantity Training Kitchen.In the final year the students are groomed to be a seasoned chef through extensive practical sessions in the Advanced Training Kitchen.
FOOD & BEVERAGE SERVICE
This department trains the students in fine dining service skills and also to a wide spectrum of mixology, where hands on training are imparted to develop managerial skills for restaurant and elite event operations.
FRONT OFFICE
“First impression is the Best impression” is the key motto of training for the Front Office department. This subject educates the students in reception skills for guest handling procedure and also teaches the core of business operation and profitability through training in Sales & Marketing and Revenue Management.
HOUSE KEEPING
The upkeep of an organization is the essence of a successful business, which is a major scope of this department. This department also imparts knowledge and skills in interior decoration and also adds value to the acquaintance and use of eco friendly products in the hospitality industry.
COMPUTER EDUCATION
To groom the students in technological skills, the college has a dedicated computer lab where the students are taught the nitty-gritty of computerized hotel operation & related software.
LANGUAGE/ COMMUNICATION SKILLS

Candidates shall apply online for Regency College of Hotel Management and Catering Technology counselling to get admission to Programm course.For admission to Programm (Post-Baccalaureate) course, applicants shall apply online for Regency College of Hotel Management and Catering Technology counselling through its official website.Students who have passed 10+2 and have studied Physics and Chemistry as compulsory subjects with Mathematics/Biology as optional subjects are considered eligible to get admission to Programm course.The minimum eligibility criteria for the program is students must have obtained Degree.Students who have passed 10+2 in science stream are considered eligible to apply for admission to Programm course. The minimum eligibility criteria for Program (Post-Baccalaureate) course is that candidates must hold Degree.Admission to Programm course is given on the basis of the merit in the Regency College of Hotel Management and Catering Technology through the counselling. Admission program is given on the basis of the applicant’s merit in the qualifying examination.
