Seva Shikshan Prasarak Mandal Ahmednagar was established in 1988 by late Dr. N.J.Paulbudhe for the education of children of socially economically deprived section of the society. The governing body decided to start college of education in 2008, With the approval of NCTE, Dr. N. J. Paulbudhe College of education was established in Ahmednagar city under affiliated by Savitribai Phule Pune University, (SPPU) Pune. According to the recognition received of the time of establishment the college started with a batch of 100 students. 2008. As per his NCTE approval revised in 2015, the B.Ed course was converted into his two-year course and the university obtained approval for his two departments with 50 students each.

The university has a library available to all students.
Sports
Harbor activities include cricket, football, volleyball and more. Every year, the university organizes a sports week. The university has a large playground. There are 400M. Running track (ash). Outdoor games and cricket are available on campus.
Women's Dormitory
Women's Dormitory consists of a building and accommodation facilities for 150 people. All rooms are fully equipped. Important facilities available at this hostel include hot water powered by a solar power system and filtered water for drinking. Acquire the Chaos Canteen, T.T. Movie Screening (Cinema), Reading Room, Indoor Games, Newspaper, S.T.D. Stand, Emergency Generator and Learn Programs. Female students who wish to move into the women's dormitory should fill out the necessary information on the women's dormitory application form and submit it to the women's dormitory director.
Medical/Hospital
Students are required to undergo a mandatory medical examination according to university guidelines. The schedule for the health checkup will be announced after the start of the semester. The university authorities are also providing the services of volunteer medical officers at the nearby district hospital in Rahata.

A separate gymnasium (sqm) with gymnastics and fitness equipment is available exclusively for students.
Cafeteria
The Measurement Committee meets once a month to discuss various issues raised by student representatives. Surprisingly, members of the cafeteria visit cafeterias and cafeterias to check the quality of the food. Alumni Association was registered in January 2012. (Registration No. MH/03/2012/Ahmednagar/January 2012) With the blessings of Padmashan Shri Balasaheb Vikhe Patil. The ASCR Past Students Association is an alumni association of former students of the College of Arts, Sciences and Commerce in Rahata. Provides alumni with a forum to maintain and expand their connections with the University. The mission is to support and advance the interests of alumni and the university community. This is done by establishing personal contact with them. Associations play an important role in providing the services needed by both parties.
