St.Thomas College of Arts and Science was established in 1999 as a co-educational establishment that is ruled by the St.Thomas Orthodox Syrian Cathedral Parish Trust of St.Thomas Orthodox Cathedral, Broadway. The Patron of our school is His sanctity retard Mar Baselious Marthoma Paulose II, Catholicose of the East and Malankara Metropolitan. The founder Chairman was His Grace Dr. Yakoob Mar Irenios and therefore the gift Chairman is His Grace Dr. Yuhanon Mar Diascoros, Metropolitan of the jurisdiction of Madras of the Malankara Orthodox Syrian Church.

The college is ruled by its board of trustees and administrated by its govt headed by His Grace Dr. Yuhanon Mar Diascoros Chairman, Rev.Fr.Aji.K.Varughese chair, Mr. Biju Chacko Secretary, and Mr. Alex patriarch money handler.
