Why Durgabai Deshmukh College of Special Education?

Durgabai Deshmukh College of Special Education (Visual Impairment) was built up in 2006 to lead Bachelor's Degree program in Special Education for the Visually Impaired under the Faculty of Education, University of Delhi and perceived by the Rehabilitation Council of India.
