Vision International College of Education is located in Hissar/Hisar district of Haryana. It is associated to Kurukshetra University, Kurukshetra. The teacher training institute is accepted by National Council for Teacher Education (NCTE). Vision International College of Education Hissar communicate undergraduate level teacher training programmes - Bachelor of Education (B. Ed) and Diploma in Education (D. Ed). The diploma programme is associated to State Council of Educational Research and Training (SCERT), Haryana. Vision International College of Education Hisar has a number of smart facilities to make sure comfortable education environment within the campus. 

As per the registered deed the objectives of the Trust are:

• To introduce any possible improvement in the method of education in its institutions from time to time.
• To undertake and carry out any step deliberate to promote the cause of education.
• To promote cultural, educational, and welfare activities and to acquire property and buildings for promotion of the objectives stated above.

Majority of the founding members try hard with a missionary zeal. They begin meeting people and explained the loadable ideas of the organization, and enlisted the support of a sizeable number of people. Friends and relatives joined in and the number of life members thus increased. 

Teaching and non-teaching staffs were engaged. The college building has been obtain and all the care has been undertaken to improve the college. It was made sure that the quality of educational command is maintained at the highest possible level. 

The managing committee is assisting in the well organized discharge of duties. The purchase committee is in charge of acquiring obligatory equipment and other facilities.
