Admissions Open in KCS College of Education for Women

Kalamkari Center Society is a Registered Society (1983) under the Societies Registration Act. The principle targets of the Society are to engage ladies, both urban and rustic, with instruction, wellbeing, ability advancement and such like exercises that would improve their financial prosperity. In 1985, a Women's Polytechnic was begun for granting learning in different exchanges like Textile Designing, Fashion Designing, Computers, Architecture and Interior Decoration. These courses were partnered with State Board of Technical Education in 1987.AICTE broadened its acknowledgment and endorsement in 1993. 

A Community Polytechnic Wing was begun in 1995 alongside Entrepreneurship Management and Development Program financed by AICTE and a Health and Family Welfare Program supported by the Ministry of Health and Family Welfare, Govt. of India. 

In 1998, a Mobile Dispensary Program was actuated and the equivalent was financed by the Ministry of Social Justice and Empowerment, Govt. of India. 

In 2000, a B.Ed. course was begun for ladies just, which is subsidiary with the University of Jammu.
