International Institute of Information Technology, Hyderabad (IIITH) is an autonomous university, founded as a not-for-profit public private partnership (N-PPP) in 1998, and is the first IIIT in India under this model. Boys Hostel : IIITH provides separate accommodation facilities for boys and it is compulsory for all the students to stay on campus. The students who are studying in 1st and 2nd year are required to share the rooms. From the 3rd year onwards the students can have single occupancy. The IIITH hostel facilities include a mess facility.
Girls Hostel : IIITH facilities include a separate hostel for girls and there are around 2 girls' hostels on campus. All campus buildings, including the hostels, are linked by an optical fibre network. The hostel facilities include mess facilities and it is compulsory for all the students to stay on the IIIT Hyderabad campus.
Gym : The IIIT Hyderabad facilities include gym facilities. A gym with a physical trainer is available in the hostel. In addition to the common gym, which is open to all residents, the girl's hostel has a separate mini gym.
Library : The institute provides a library with a great collection of reference books, textbooks, technical reports, CD Rooms and many others. The IIITH facilities also include a digital library for the students. Many textbooks and reference books are available in digital format.
Sports : IIIT Hyderabad encourages students to participate in sports activities by providing collective courts and stadiums. Cricket, volleyball, soccer, basketball, and table tennis are all available. The IIIT Hyderabad campus has a dedicated yoga room where students can receive special training from a trained guru. Yoga classes are conducted in the morning and evening.
I.T Infrastructure : The IIIT Hyderabad campus is connected to the internet via a 1 Gbps intranet that is available 24 hours a day, seven days a week. IIIT Hyderabad also houses a robust IT infrastructure, which provides unlimited access to research articles, reports, bibliographies, and more.
Cafeteria : The International Institute of Information Technology facilities include a mess facility that provides veg and non-vegetarian food. The IIITH mess provides nutritious and healthy food for students on campus. The cafeteria serves food during the day and as well as in the late evening.
Banks/ATMs : IIIT Hyderabad has a State Bank of India branch on campus where students can easily conduct financial transactions. Two ATMs also ensure that students can withdraw money at any time.
Convenience Store : IIITH facilities include convenience stores to fulfil the needs of the students by providing stationary shops, laundry services and many other facilities.
Laboratories : The Institute has well-equipped, air-conditioned computer laboratories that are assigned to students in batches. They are outfitted with cutting-edge hardware and software. Researchers have 24-hour access to computational facilities. As needed in research and development projects, research centres provide specialised, high-end equipment.

International Institute of Information Technology Hyderabad programmes are offered at the undergraduate, postgraduate, and doctoral levels. The available courses are focused on computer science, electronics, communications, and other related subjects of Information Technology. The duration of each programme at each level varies. To get admission, the candidate should meet IIITH eligibility criteria. Furthermore, the IIIT Hyderabad admission process may include qualifying exams such as JEE Main (Joint Entrance Exam), the university entrance exam, and a personal interview. To meet the eligibility requirements, IIIT Hyderabad also has provisions for direct merit-based admission criteria. The eligible candidate should fill out the application form. The candidate should appear for the UGEE examination. The candidates will be shortlisted for the next round based on their entrance examination score. The shortlisted candidate has to attend the next rounds which include interviews to get IIIT Hyderabad admission. The final shortlisting of candidates will be based on their performance in the interview. The selected candidate must submit all the documents and pay the course fee.
