As far back as the Late His Highness Ganga Singh, there have not been numerous visionaries who had any kind of effect to the town or its kin. Late Sh. Surender Kumar Aggarwal, Founder Chairman of the trust, moved his base from Punjab to Sri Ganganagar in 1988, where the family previously had great land property on which motorized cultivating and agriculture was being done since 1927, with a strategic set up head instructive organizations for the engendering of medicinal, dental and specialized training and to give worldwide standard restorative, dental and specialized offices to the general public. He was a man of far sight and premonition, who was capable at seeing the ideal solution for a weak network and the individuals on the loose. It was after much influence and industriousness of the trustees that he at long last consented to loan his name to the foundations.
He framed and enrolled the trust in 1999 in the memory of his folks Late Smt. Vidyawanti and Late Sh. Labhu Ram S/o Late Rai Bahadur Kripa Ram, a senior judge at Lahore High Court. From that point forward SGI is working under the aegis of Late Smt. Vidyawanti Labhu Ram Foundation for Science, Research and Social Welfare.
