• To distribute contemporary system of University level education, adaptable and open with view to methods and places of learning, consolidation of programs, eligibility for enlistment, age of entry, operation of courses and conduct of examinations with a view to advertise equity and access in higher learning besides hopeful greatness in new areas of ability and placing special attention on both collegiate as well as operation adjust learning.
