Admissions Open in Kadi Sarva Vishwavidyalaya

Kadi Sarva Vishwavidyalaya is a University validate vide Gujarat State Government Act 21 of 2007 in May 2007 and approved by UGC (ref F. 9-18/2008(cpp-1) March 19,2009). It has been setup by Sarva Vidyalaya Kelavani Mandal, a trust with more than 90 years of philanthropic existence to gain the following objectives:

• To provide education to all irrespective of religion, creed, caste etc.
• To be a University of purity by distributing research based activities which would foster higher economic growth.
• To provide need based develop and education courses of contemporary relevance.

It was formed in 1919, and innitiate its activities with a institute and candidates residential "Ashram" at Kadi in 1921 through the generous donations from the society and through the visionary achievements of "Chhaganbha" who is the creator of the Mandal. Sarva Vidyalaya Kelavani Mandal - the expectation which has been in activity for more than nine decennary is a well reputed famed educational expectation in North Gujarat.

In the direction of quality improvement the Campus is conducting workshops/seminars on different topics, aimed at helping the Scholars and Guides of Ph.D.  One day work-shops were be held on “Quality and Relevant Research”. The Research books and Papers written by the Candidates and Staff/Faculties, after evaluation, could now be published in journals as KSV has been allotted ISBN & ISSN Registration from NISCAIR, New Delhi.

Ph.D. Eligibility Criteria

• Candidates should have a Master Degree in the concerned subject with at least 55% marks in aggregate or its equivalent grade from a recognized university or college.
• Candidates who have passed the M.Phil. Degree in the concerned subject is also eligible to apply for Ph.D. Admission.

Admission Procedure

Candidates will be selected on the basis of their performance in the entrance test conducted by the university and followed by an Interview. Candidates who have qualified the UGC-CSIR NET JRF or GATE examinations are exempted from the entrance test. Candidates should bring all original documents at the time of personal interview for verifications.
