Why Voorhees College?

Voorhees College had its starting within the year AD 1898 through the putting to death efforts of the missionaries of yankee Arcot Mission (AAM), Associate in the Nursing upshot of the Reformed Church of America. the first buildings of the College were engineered with the putting to death donation of a broad-minded yankee couple, Ralph and Elizabeth Rodman Voorhees. In memory of that ennobling act this faculty was befittingly named as Voorhees College. Rev Dr W I Chamberlain served because of the 1st Principal of Voorhees College.
