Grace Valley College of Arts & Science at Wadirrahma, Maravattam, Chengottoor P O, Malappuram Dist, Kerala, India, was established in 2004 as a Self-Financing Arts & Science College under the Management of IKHVANI TRUST, which started functioning in 1997. The Government of Kerala had accorded sanction for starting an unaided self financing Arts & Science College from the year 2003-2004 vide Ref. No. G.O. Ms No. 135/2003/H.Edn. dated 04/09/2003, and Sanction is accorded granting provisional affiliation to University of Calicut during 2003-2004 with permission to start the college in the name of Grace Valley College of Arts & Science during 2004-2005. vide reference No. GAI/D3/2849/2003 dated 29-07-2004.

The Institution performs under the spiritual leadership and guidance of USTHAD ATHIPETTA MOIDEENKUTTY MUSLIAR. His insight and enthusiasm is the fundamental source of inspiration to the manifold development of the college.The college functions in a magnificent building overlooking the Vettichira - Kadampuzha - Vattaparambu - Perinthalmanna Road, one side with splendid scenery. The College is situated at a distance of 11 K.Ms from Kottakkal town, 20 K.Ms from Kuttippuram Railway station and 45 K.Ms from Calicut University Campus.At present the college have seven under graduate programmes-B.Com, BBA, B.Sc Physics, BCA, BA English, B.A Foreign trade, B.Sc Chemistry and two post graduate programme -M.Sc Physics and M.Sc Chemistry. The college provides healthy and congenial atmosphere for the moral and academic development of the students.

Boys Hostel

Separate hostel for boys. The student committee under the guidelines and supervision of the principal and wardens manage the day to day affairs of the hostels. To make the stay very homely and orderly, a plethora of systems are in place. A common room, indoor games, and other recreational facilities are available here.

Girls Hostel

Medical/Hospital

The college has a health center with a first aid facility for the students.

A well attacked fully automated library. Broadband internet accessibility books and journals of academic and extra-academic interests are abundantly available. Collection of national and international magazines and newspapers, there is a separate CD section in place. A DELNET membership facility will be in place in the near future.

The college has sports facilities for all students.

Attached to the hostel, is a mess for the students. Sumptuous foods cooked hygienically by professional cooks are served on time. Apart from that, the campus has a cafeteria, where the students can refresh, chitchat sipping a cup of tea during their free time or offs.

Grace Valley College Arts and Science Placements

Students are eligible for campus placement starting in semester 2 Lots of students are placed during study time lots of placed at the end of the semester. There have 70 percent of students are placed during the campus placement. The management gives lots of classes and practice interview sections to students. That helps the students to improve themselves and get placed.The placements start from semester 6 for the students who are eligible according to different companies. Various companies like IBM, TCS, etc. are providing job opportunities. A good percentage of students are getting placed.From the sixth semester onwards, all students can apply for college placements. Companies like TCS, Infosys, Q burst are coming to the college as placements. Some companies provide 4 lakh per annum for freshers. They are select students according to the basis of backlogs, CGPA(CGPA greater than 6). I am trying to getting a job n campus placements.They are several MNCs like wipro, tcs, infosys come every year to our campus. They choose the most eligible candidates through written exams interviews and group discussions. 60 percent of the students are likely to get hired even before they finish their graduation. The college administration provide campus placement driven lectures to the eligible students.From the sixth semester onwards there conducted many placements programs so the students could get placed before they pass.Many companies like TATA, INFOSYS, and other big companies provided placements in our college.Getting placed to good company after the degree is my choice.
