Gyan Bharti College of Education is located in Karnal in Haryana state of India. Accepted in 2007, it is accredited from NCTE, NAAC and it is associated to Kurukshetra University. GBCE, Karnal offers four courses across two streams namely Education, Arts and across two degrees like B.Ed, Diploma. GBCE campus is spread over one Acres. Hostel facility is available for its candidates. Additional campus facilities such as educational Zone, A/C, Canteen, Computer Lab, Fest, Auditorium, ATM, Cultural zone, Mess, Library are also there.
Coursework:
The educational calendar has been designed in such a way that will train future teachers to work successfully in a variety of academic settings with a range of candidates. In addition to a solid background in subject matter, candidates will develop a broadly based knowledge of the art and science bf teaching in secondary schools. Coursework and fieldwork combine the practical and theoretical aspects of study with an understanding of subject field and professional education in local academic settings.
Educational leadership:
academic leadership means. knowing how to begin a community where administrators, business, teachers, parents, and political leaders develop a shared understanding about what "ought to be done" to cultivate youth. This program will teach future school principals and teachers how to develop latest designs for schools that promote candidates achievement, generate democratic roles for citizens, draw on other community resources and contribute to the local economy.
