Taliparamba Arts and Science College, located in Kanhirangad and affiliated with Kannur University, was established in 2002 by the Taliparamba Educational Co-operative Society. Initially, the college offered three undergraduate courses: B.Sc. Physics, B.Sc. Computer Science, and BBM (Bachelor of Business Management). Over the years, it has grown into a prominent institution of higher education, now providing ten undergraduate and three postgraduate courses across eight major departments. Situated in a serene environment spread over 22 acres in Kanhirangad, which is about 5 kilometers away from Taliparamba town, the college aims to meet the educational needs of the younger generation seeking various avenues in higher education. The campus offers a tranquil ambiance conducive to learning and personal growth.

The Taliparamba Educational Co-operative Society, under which the college operates, has received recognition for its outstanding performance in the co-operative sector. It was awarded the second position in the Kerala State Best Performance Award in 2018 and the first position in 2021, showcasing its commitment to excellence. Admission Process for Taliparamba Arts and Science college

Application for UG & PG Courses are available in Kannur University Website.
Application for Management seats to be obtained from College Office, on payment of fees as stated below:
Photocopies of the mark lists of the qualifying examination and Community Certificate (if necessary) will have to be attached with the application form.
Original marklist of the qualifying examination, Community Certificate, (if necessary), SSLC book, Transfer Certificate and Conduct Certificate will have to be produced at the time of interview.
Two copies of passport size photographs must be provided by the candidate at the time of admission.
A candidate who fails to appear for the interview will lose his/her chance for admission.
