Why Delhi Institute of Tool Engineering?

Delhi Institute of Tool Engineering Tool Room and Training Center (TRTC) at Wazirpur Industrial Area, Delhi and Hi-Tech Vocational Training Center (HTVTC) at Okhla Industrial Area New Delhi were set up, with specialized and money related help of Government of Denmark and Government of Italy individually, with the target of contributing towards the advancement of enterprises in and around Delhi through supply of prepared labor, undertaking jobwork of machining and assembling of modern apparatuses. These focuses were working as free social orders, enlisted under the social orders enrollment act, 1860 each having separate Governing gathering and General body of the general public.  The social orders of TRTC and HTVTC have been amalgamated and renamed as Delhi Institute of Tool Engineering (DITE) . DITE has appeared w.e.f. 28 November 2007 and is working from Wazirpur Industrial zone and Okhla Industrial region as Campus – I and Campus – II individually.  DITE has been assuming a fundamental job in the improvement of smaller scale, little and medium businesses through supply of prepared labor in the field of hardware making and instrument planning and supply of refined devices, for example, bites the dust, molds, press apparatuses, dances, installations and so forth for the past more than thirty years. The Institute runs post-ITI courses in machine tasks and kick the bucket fitting, Diploma course in Tool and Die Making, Diploma course in Mechanical Engineering,B.Tech (Tool Engineering), B.Tech (Mechatronics) and M.Tech (Tool Engineering).
