Admissions Open in Manipal School of Architecture and Planning

Manipal School of Architecture and Planning started in 1978 with a BArch degree below Mysore University. The establishment came below the new established Mangalore University in 1980 as Department of design. In Gregorian calendar month 2003, Manipal Academy of upper Education renamed the Department of design as a college of design. In 2010, it became the twenty-second institute of Manipal Academy of upper Education.

• The department incorporates a Bachelor of the design program, Associate in Nursing a government Master of the design program
• It was hierarchic tenth among prime field colleges in the Republic of India by Outlook Magazine in July 2013
• It is recognized by the Council of design (COA), New Delhi, and is ISO 9001:2008 ISO 4001:2004 certified
• It is Associate in Nursing institutional member of Indian NT for Art and Cultural Heritage (INTACH), New Delhi.
