Chandra Bhushan Singh Memorial Mahila Bal Evam Shravan Viklang Shiksha Evam Punarvas Sansthan is a pioneer Organization in the field of Education and Rehabilitation for the Persons with disability. This is a Non-Governmental Organization (NGO) committed to the cause of uplifting the young individuals with disability falling below the poverty line in general and providing interventional services. Sansthan is running its two branches at Delhi & Raebareli (Uttar Pradesh).

Sansthan provides Comprehensive Diagnostic, Therapeutic, Rehabilitative & Preventive services to the Persons with Speech & Hearing Impairment along with Mental Retardation through its various programs. It also provides other services like Mainstreaming Education, Community Based Rehabilitation, Parent Training Programs, Public Awareness Campaign, Material Development, Research and Manpower development. This is the only Sansthan which provides education to the children of slum dwellers in Delhi. The Sansthan established The Language, Speech & Hearing School For The Deaf on 19th December 1996.
