Why Government College for Men?

It is glad to state that Government College, Kadapa first situated at Zillaparishad Building, Kadapa in 1948. Afterward, Hon'ble Chief Minister Sri C. Diwan Bahadur, Sir A. Lakshmanaswami Mudaliar, Vice-Chancellor, University of Madras on fourth February 1955 as a composite school with Intermediate and traditional degree courses-B.A., B.Com., and B.Sc. In any case, in 1958, it offered courses with different mixes. Afterward, it was renamed as 'Government College for Men'. In 1996 it was bifurcated with free races into Intermediate and Graduation.
