Santhi College of nursing is situated in Venappara in Kozhikode district, about 4kms from Omassery. The college was launched in the year 2011. The college is affiliated to the Kerala University of Health science (KUHS) and is recognized by the Indian Nursing Council (INC) and Kerala Nurses & Midwives Council (KNMC). The College offers excellent learning opportunities to the students, both in classroom learning as well as in clinical experience. On induction, the students are put through an Ice-Breaking Session, followed by Soft Skill Training Program, to assist them with adjusting with the changed environment, besides adapting to the professional demands. They are also exposed to special language training sessions to improve their communicative skills. Special attention is also given to the co-curricular and extra curricular activities to ensure an ‘All-round’ development of the students. Every student has a teacher-mentor, with whom she/ he can feel free to sort out issues and problems that pose hindrance to his/ her progress in the academic front as well as in non academic areas. The college strives to make every student practice effective communication skills, experience value education and develop the right job skills, with the sole objective of churning out gainfully employed professionals.
INC - Indian Nursingg Council
There are a total number of 50 seats for B.Sc. Nursing, out of which 25 seats are allocated through Government Quota and the remaining 25 seats are allocated through Management Quota.
Candidates shall be 17 years old on or before 31st December of the year of admission, shall be medically fit, and shall satisfy the eligibility criteria for admission.

Hostel - A girl’s hostel within the campus is available. Spacious and well-furnished rooms with facilities are available. Each room can accommodate 4 students.
Transportation - Transport Facilities are available for students to meet their academic, extra-curricular, clinical requirements.
Library - More than 1500 books and national and international journals are available in the library for the students and a peaceful atmosphere is maintained in the library for the students.
Classroom - The classrooms are outfitted with an LCD projector and OHP for educational purposes. These facilitate the learning process of students.
Laboratories - Well-equipped Laboratories with all the apprentices and machines are available for the learning of students practically.
