Florence School & College of Nursing is came into existing around the nucleus of Florence School of Nursing in March 2007 & later relief to the status of College of Nursing in Sep 2010.

The main aim of establishing the Institute was to contribute towards overcoming Shortage of Nurses in the country to few extent. The other goal was to encourage the girls from rural Community mainly the weaker section of society to take up this noble profession & hence meeting the needs of Grass root level.
