The Rokkam Likshmi Narasimham Dora Educational Society was built up in the memory of Late Rokkam Lakshmi Narasimham Dora. He was the main speaker of the authoritative get together of the recent Andhra State of which Karnool was the capital. He hailed from a group of political dissidents.
